仕事内容:

通信設備会社で、データ集計などのOA事務をお願いします。

・日次開催する社内会議向けの工程データ集計・簡単な分析と課題確認、資料作成補助

※各種工程データを確認し、進捗状況・工程変動の可視化・資料化

※課題確認についてはチームリーダーと認識合わせをした上で、各担当部門に内容確認、調整

・四半期に1回実施される社外会議用データ集計

※各種工程データを確認し、進捗状況と課題の可視化・資料化

※社外会議用メッセージに沿った資料作成のアシスタント

・データ収集、加工作業の効率化

※担当する工程データ収集・加工の効率化・定型化のアシスタント
