「御用聞き」ではありません。

お客様の商品価値を高める「プロデューサー」です

旭段ボール株式会社は、東証プライム上場「ダイナパックグループ」の一員です。

しかし、あなたにお任せするのは単なる「既製品の納品」ではありません。

お客様の新商品に合わせて、

「どんなデザインならSNSで映えるか?」

「どうすれば輸送コストを下げられるか?」 を企画し、

オーダーメイドのパッケージを提案する仕事です。

【具体的な業務】

既存のお客様(メーカーや物流企業)を担当するルート営業です。

飛び込み営業やテレアポ地獄のような「数」を追う仕事ではありません。

信頼関係のある担当者様とじっくり向き合う「質」の仕事です。

ヒアリング: 「新商品を出す」「割れにくくしたい」などの相談を受けます。

企画・提案: 設計部門と連携し、世界に一つの箱をプロデュースします。

納品・感動: 自分が考えた箱が、店頭やECサイトに並びます。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

  • 就業時間:8時30分~17時30分(休憩60分)
  • 時間外労働:あり(月平均10時間)
  • 変形労働時間制:1年単位
  • 年5日土曜出勤あり

※36協定における特別条項あり

決算時や臨時の受注・機械トラブルによる対応の場合、1年6回を限度として1ヶ月70時間まで、1年710時間まで延長できます。

実際の時間外労働は月平均10時間程度であり、上記はあくまで緊急時・繁忙期の上限設定です。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 24万9000円 〜 28万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万6000円 〜 2万1000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり8時間 〜 9時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり6000円

  • 基本給:249,000円~280,000円
  • 一律手当
  • 外勤手当として6,000円支給
  • 固定残業代(事務職手当):16,000円~21,000円

  • 固定残業代は事務職手当として支給します。固定残業代(事務職手当)は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず、8~9時間分の固定残業代として支給し、これを超える時間外労働は追加で支給します。

  • 昇給:あり(前年度実績3.50%)

  • 賞与:年2回(前年度実績計2.50ヶ月分)
  • 通勤手当:実費支給(上限あり・月額100,000円まで)

※昇給・賞与は本人の実績と会社の業績により決定します。
