次世代の「保険」を担うプロジェクトに参画

「保険」と聞くと一般的に、「加入に手間がかかる」「費用が多い」など、加入する時の負担が大きいというイメージがあります。私たちが手掛けているのはそんなイメージとは異なる「小口保険」のシステムです。例えば、飛行機関連の保険。飛行機が欠航・遅延した時に即時に保険費用が振り込まれる保険です。加入はスマホのみで短時間加入が可能なものとなっており、海外でも注目を集めています。スマホがデバイスとなることから、開発環境が従来の保険システム開発とはことなることがポイント。金融業界・保険業界のシステム開発を手掛けてきた方にも、新たな視点で業務に取り組んでいただけることと思います。

プロジェクトリーダー/プロジェクトマネージャー

PL/PMとして、次世代の保険システム案件や金融系のプロジェクトなどのマネジメントをお任せしたいと考えています。

【仕事内容】

  • プロジェクトマネジメント
  • エンジニアの教育・管理
  • 品質向上・技術力向上に向けた施策の実施 など

【扱うシステムについて(具体例)】

  • 契約管理のシステム(損保会社の企画システムの再構築)
  • 損保実機システムのCOBOLからJavaへのリプレイス
  • 生保の社内処理のシステム
  • 銀行の外為システム
  • 銀行の与信管理システム

※試用期間3ヶ月あり。その間の給与待遇に差異はありません

想定給与 案件還元率70%~120%

月給45万円~80万円

※経験・スキルにより決定いたします

※上記の額には固定残業代(30時間分/9万3,750円~)を含む。超過分は別途支給

勤務時間

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※プロジェクトにより多少異なる場合があります

※残業は月10時間程度と少なめ。メリハリをつけて業務に集中できる環境です。
