仕事内容:

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 木曽岬町で最も規模の大きい特別養護老人ホーム「すいせんの里」です。入所定員62名の方々に家庭的な雰囲気の中でケアを提供しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 入浴・排泄・食事・移動などの身体介助、居室清掃や環境整備、レクリエーション活動のサポート、日常動作訓練等の支援を行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. はい、マンツーマンで指導します。無資格で入職しても勤務中に必要な研修を受講でき、研修費用は全額法人負担です。

・処遇手当:5,000円

・特別処遇手当:7,000円~20,000円

・夜勤手当:30,000円~44,000円(4回分)

・皆勤手当:6,000円(一律月給に含む)

・介護福祉士手当:5,000円

・社会福祉士手当:10,000円

・会議手当:1,500円

・住宅手当:~17,000円

・扶養手当:6,000円/人
