【仕事内容】

■江戸時代創業の名門商社/名証プレミア上場:

鉄鋼や電子機器、建設資材、食品など幅広い商材を扱う独立系商社です。当社の建設部門として、建設事業と不動産事業を手掛け、特に不動産ソリューション事業の企画提案業務を担当。用地提案から企画設計、元請、総合管理まで幅広く携わり、顧客の様々な相談に応える仕事です。

■業務内容:

(1)「建設事業」:不動産ソリューション事業(用地提案・企画設計・元請・総合管理)※新築、増改築、修繕、遮熱工事他工事全般

(2)建材営業(エレベーター、駐車場、ハイベース他)

(3)新規事業の構築

■入社後に期待する役割:

・(建設・企画設計)知識・経験の伝承

・建設事業全般に携わり中堅社員の中心として活躍・成?

■組織構成:

・名古屋配管建設部 建設室に配属予定です。

└総合職5名、営業事務職1名、契約社員1名※一級建築士1名、一級建築施工管理技士3名、宅地建物取引士3名

【求める人材】

■必須条件:

・建設事業(特に設計監理)に関する業務経験(3年以上)

・一級建築士

■歓迎条件:

・一級建築施工管理技士、宅地建物取引士

・建築物の企画・設計監理業務経験をお持ちの方

■基本要件:

・TOEIC(R)テスト(R)650点以上

・日商簿記検定3級(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
