Position Summary

We're seeking Guest Experience Experts to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests. This role involves providing a wide range of services, from operational needs to guest requests, and empowering team members to take initiative and make transactions feel like part of the experience.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to create a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and present yourself professionally. You'll also be on your feet and moving around frequently, taking a hands-on approach to work that requires lifting, carrying, and reaching overhead and below the knees.

Salary: $15-$20 per hour (estimated)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
