【仕事内容】

仙台市若林区にある皆成建設で、住宅用地やマンションの仕入れを中心とした営業業務を担当します。

土地を探して会社に紹介するだけでなく、事業計画の作成や地域の方々との関係づくりなども行います。

●Excel・Word・PowerPointなどの基本操作ができる方

●CADソフトの使用経験がある方

●Illustrator・Photoshopなど画像加工ソフトの使用経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:

●勤務時間:09:00~18:00(休憩時間 60分)

●残業時間:20時間/月程度

●勤務形態:変形労働時間制(総労働時間 1年あたり2016時間)

●年間休日:113日(週休2日制、会社カレンダーによる)

アクセス:

給与:

年収300万円~400万円
