About the role

Experienced person with power device design skills. Developing the latest power devices, managing development project deadlines, and collaborating with other teams within the company (process technology, testing, applications, marketing, etc.) to launch world class products.

What you will do

  • Responsible to build technology platforms for design and process development of high-power devices V) to meet customer requirement in a manufacturable and cost-effective way.
  • Report to R&D director and to provide technical input to support the strategic decisions of the company in his responsible area.
  • Responsible to address design and engineering issues and to provide suitable solutions.
  • Encourage and manage the process of producing technical publications and invention patents.

    • What you will need

  • Bachelor, Master's degree or equivalent knowledge major in electronics or semiconductor related.
  • Hand-on experience in power device design and technology development
  • Working experience in high power design and/or process development for Si-IGBT/diode or SiC-MOSFET/SBD.
  • Proficiency in TCAD process & device simulation, and chip and TEG layout.
  • Design tool skill.
  • Communication skills in global and inter cultural project teams– "exemplified engagement".
  • Communication skills in both oral and written English preferably.
  • Experience in Si GBT/diode or SiC MOSFET/SBD design

    • (Si-IGBT/ダイオードあるいはSiC-MOS-FET/SBRの設計或いはプロセス開発の実務経験。)

  • TCADによるプロセスとデバイスシミュレーション、および。レイアウト
  • 製品のレイアウト、プロセスTEGのレイアウト。
  • 各種デザインツールの活用スキル。
  • 設計の習熟度 将来の市場ニーズ、特に業界の技術的方向性に関する専門知識と戦略的理解。
  • パワーデバイスの信頼性と堅牢性を考慮した設計に関する知識と経験。 高出力設計および/または処理における実務経験や管理経験​
  • グローバルな異文化プロジェクトチーム内とのコミュニケーションスキル
  • 口頭と書面の両方の英語での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。が望ましい。
