① 採用手法・媒体の選定

・求人媒体(自社サイト、求人サイト、エージェント、SNS等)の選定・運用

・採用手法(新卒・中途・ダイレクトリクルーティング等)の決定

・採用予算の管理

② 求人情報の作成・発信

・求人票・募集要項の作成

・求人広告の出稿・内容更新

・主に動物関連専門学校や大学への企業説明会の企画・実施

③応募者管理・対応

・応募者データの管理

・応募者への連絡、実習・面接日程の調整

・エントリー受付・進捗管理

④選考業務

・書類選考

・面接および面接官との調整

・選考結果の通知

⑤内定者フォロー・入社手続き

・内定通知・条件提示

・内定者フォロー(面談、懇親会、相談対応など)

・入社手続き(契約書類、社会保険、ユニフォーム・備品手配など)

⑥入社後のオンボーディング

・新入社員のオリエンテーション

・配属先との調整

⑦採用活動の効果測定・改善

・採用データの分析(応募数、内定率、定着率など)

・採用手法やフローの見直し・改善提案

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

勤務時間:8:30 ~ 18:00(休憩90分)

休日休暇


・完全週休2日制(土日休み)

※お休みはご希望に応じます。平日お休みも可能ですので、ご希望の方はご相談ください。

・有給休暇(最大20日)、 慶弔休暇、産休育休、介護休暇

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万6600円 〜 31万4000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万3400円 〜 10万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

ご経験・スキルに応じて優遇します。

・入社4年目:400万

・入社7年目:500万

・入社15年目/経営企画室幹部:800万
