ジーバーは、シニアが主役となり、食を通じて地域に元気を届ける会社です。 メインブランド「街仲食堂 by ジーバーFOOD」では、シニアメンバーが握るおむすびや豚汁を提供し、『まるで実家のような温かさ』と好評を得ています。(創業の地・宮城では累計220名のシニアが参加)

2025年3月より開始した全国展開は、予想を上回るスピードで進んでおり、開始から1年足らずですでに全国53地域への立ち上げが決定しています。

目指すゴールは、全国1,889市区町村すべてにこのモデルを届け、シニアの"活躍の場"を広げること。

今回は、これからさらに日本各地へ拡大していく事業を、バックオフィスの要として支えてくれる「事務のエース」を募集します。

【お任せしたいこと】

決まった入力作業だけではありません。

「営業が動きやすい環境づくり」と「会社とシニアの大切なお金の管理」をお任せします。

① 経理・会計・組合管理

会社のお金の流れと、シニアの皆さんの活動資金を管理する責任ある業務です。

・経理実務: 請求書の発行・発送、経費精算、入金確認(消込)など。

・税理士対応: 月次決算に向けた資料の準備や、税理士さんとの連絡・連携窓口。

・組合収支管理: ジーバーFOODで活躍するシニアメンバーの「組合」の収支管理・運営サポート(シニアの皆さんの還元に繋がる大切なお仕事です)

② パートナー開拓営業のサポート 営業担当と連携し、商談の前後をスムーズにつなぎます。

・商談前後のフォロー: お問い合わせへの一次対応やトスアップ、お礼メール、資料送付など。

・契約管理: 契約書の作成・送付管理、契約金の入金管理など、営業プロセスが滞りなく進むようケアします。

③ ジーバーFOOD本部運営事務・総務

・受発注・発送対応: 各拠点からの発注処理や物品発送。

・業務改善: 「経理フローをこう変えませんか?」「書類管理はこっちが効率的です」といった提案は大歓迎です。

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・事務・経理の実務経験(請求書発行の流れや、日次のお金の管理に慣れている方)

・高いコミュニケーション能力(社外・社内・税理士さんなど、各所と円滑に連携できる方)

・「センス」で仕事ができる方(指示待ちではなく、優先順位を判断して先回りして動ける方)

【歓迎条件(あったら嬉しいスキル)】

・日商簿記3級・2級程度の知識、または経理実務経験がある方

・営業アシスタントとして契約管理等の経験がある方

・freeeやマネーフォワードなどのクラウド会計ソフトの使用経験

・9:00~18:00の間で実働6~8時間

・週4日~5日勤務(応相談)

基本給:時給 1800円 〜 2500円
