※自社オフィスでの勤務となります(客先常駐なし)

【入社後の流れ】

約2ヶ月間、毎日1~2時間の講義を受け、

ITの基礎知識、サーバーやネットワークの

仕組みと運用方法を学びます。

サーバーの設定、セキュリテイ対策など

テーマに沿ってスキルを身につけます。

▼STEP.03

実務を担いつつ実際に自社サービスを

利用されているお客さまをサポートします。

入社後6ヶ月間は講義やテキストでITの基礎を学べます。

また、業務ごとにマニュアルがあるので

安心して働いていただけます。

■Linux/Windows環境の基盤構築(設計~運用)

■仮想環境基盤の構築

■AWSの移行・構築・設計

■大規模サーバーに特化した運用監視

など多彩な経験が積めます

※入社後6ヶ月間は試用期間のため、契約社員となります。

  • 年間休日:122日
  • 有給取得率:100%
  • エンジニア比率:50%
  • 平均残業時間:基本なし/多い月でも20時間程度

納期に余裕があるため、基本は残業なし。

ただし、サーバー不具合や年1~2回の深夜メンテナンス(22時~翌2時/在宅作業OK)の場合は残業が発生します。

それでも、月の残業は多くても20時間程度と、プライベートの時間をしっかり確保できる環境です。

■基本的なPC操作スキルのある方

■社会人経験を2年以上お持ちの方(職歴・就業ブランク不問)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間)

※平均残業時間:月20時間 程度

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥270,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥64,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給27万円以上(固定残業代含む)+各種手当

※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず40時間相当分を、月64,000円以上支給

基本残業はありませんが、上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給

■賞与年2回(6月・12月)

■昇給年1回(4月)
