We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CKM and EHS Specialist to join our team at the Hiroshima site.

This role combines responsibilities in Complete Kit Management (CKM) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) with administrative support functions.

CKM Responsibilities

Work with Project/Program Manager, Sales Director, Spare Team. Drive and forecast CKM, Spares and Part in supporting Micron F15.
Provide support and coordinate CKM PM Operations.
Forecast and plan CKM Tool schedules and Revenue Projections.
Forecast Spare Parts and Coordinate with Logistics to expedite Orders from Customers.
Work with Project/Program Manager, Sales Director, Spare Team and Finance on CKM Billings.
Work with Service Manager, Field Service/Process Engineers on Service Orders Quotations and Service Billings.
Work with Service Manager, Field Service/Process Engineers on SAP Purchase Requisitions and Procurements.
Competent in SAP, Search, Retrieve Part Number and Order. Retrieve Procedures, Draft RMA / FA and work with Customer on Service Report.
Perform Failure Analysis on Defective Spare Parts.
POC to support and coordinate between cross functional teams for SAP HANA related matters.

EHS Responsibilities


Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Support compliance with local EHS regulations and company standards.
Conduct basic risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
Participate in incident investigations and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate and deliver EHS training sessions to employees and contractors.
Host monthly Safety Meeting to update Good catch and Incident situations in ASM/Micron and share them among Hiroshima team.
Support EHS audits and inspections and assist in addressing non-conformances.
Help maintain emergency response plans and participate in emergency drills.
Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Contribute to environmental management initiatives including waste management and pollution control.
Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement projects related to EHS.

Administrative Responsibilities

Manage general office administration tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of EHS and administrative documents.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders at the Hiroshima site.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EHS, order management or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Experience of using SAP application.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (Japanese and English) communication skill
