仕事内容
自動車試験設備(エンジン試験、駆動系試験、ブレーキ試験等)の施工管理をお任せします。自動車計測装置単体ではなく、自動車試験に関するトータル提案(研究施設や、各機器の配置提案など)を強化しており、受注から納品における調整、外注会社を含め、QCD管理、リスク管理をお任せします。現場監督として設置工事を担当いただき、設置後はフィールドエンジニアに引継ぎます。(その後、調整~引き渡し)
具体的業務
・施工管理(プロジェクトの据付工事・見積・レイアウト設計他)
・現場監督(現場工事の安全・品質・工程管理)
・設計(現場コスト見積・計装設計)
・お客様や営業等からの作業依頼に基づき装置設置場所の下見
・工事部材含めた工事業者等の見積依頼、作成
・営業からの正式依頼に基づき工事業者、部材の手配
やりがい
大きなシェアを有している排ガス製品は今後も検査・認証を含めた計測ニーズが継続し、装置リプレースが行われます。また、既存ラボや試験室を電動化に向けた再整備や水素・アンモニア燃焼などの試験ラボへの改造等、装置の移設などの活発化も予想されます。お客様に寄り添ったプロジェクトエンジニアとしての活躍を期待しております。
キャリアパス
京都本社にて導入研修(基礎スキル・安全教育等)を実施し各拠点に配属予定です。配属後の教育は現場OJTを中心に、キャリア採用者向け集合研修(製品原理や技術トレーニング等)を実施。以降の製品トレーニングや各種社内講習は都度計画し受講いただきます。
入社後、初めは記載された業務を担当いただきますが、その後は個々の適性に応じて、当社や関連グループにおける業務全般に変更の可能性もあります。
