新事業・技術開発センタは、日立が注力するオートメーション事業において、競合他社との差別化を図るための新しいソリューションやアライアンスを企画・開発する組織です。私たちは、物流業界の効率化を支える「新たな武器」となる制御ソフトウェアを開発し、顧客のニーズを的確に捉えながら継続的に機能を強化しています。

【携わる事業・ビジネス・サービス・製品など】

現在開発中の「LogiRiSM」は、複数のマテハン機器を効率的に連携・制御するためのソフトウェアです。物流センターの業務をさらに高効率化するため、製品リリース(2025年12月予定)に向けて、制御プログラムの設計や改善を担当していただきます。

このソフトウェアは、単なる機器制御にとどまらず、顧客の業務プロセスを深く理解し、最適化することで、物流業界に新しい価値を提供します。

【職務概要】

日立製作所のオートメーション事業において、物流センターの効率化を支えるマテハン機器制御ソフトウェアの開発を担当します。顧客業務の理解を基盤に、複数機器を連携させる制御プログラムの設計・改善を行い、製品価値を高める役割です。新事業の中核を担うポジションとして、国内市場での展開をリードし、将来的にはグローバル展開にも関わるチャンスがあります。技術力と提案力を活かし、物流業界の革新に貢献できるやりがいのある仕事です。

【職務詳細】

・研究開発部門やチームメンバーと連携し、マテハン機器制御に関するプログラム設計・レビューを担当

・顧客業務の運用を理解し、効率化を実現する制御ロジックを製品に反映

・製品リリース後も継続的な機能強化や改善を推進し、競合との差別化を図る

・新しいアイデアを提案し、物流業務の高効率化に貢献するソリューションを開発

・国内外のパートナー企業や顧客との調整・折衝を行い、プロジェクトを円滑に進行

【働く環境】

・配属組織/チーム:5名の組織だが、研究開発部門、関連するグループ会社、社外パートナーとプロジェクトを進め、全体をリードする活動を行います。20〜40歳代と幅広く揃っており、各々の考え方、進め方も参考になります

・働き方: プロジェクト状況に応じて出張あり(国内中心、海外の場合もあり)。在宅勤務も併用可。

【必須条件】

・プログラム開発経験やスキル

言語:C#、Java

OS:Windows、Linux

DB:Oracle、PostgreSQL

・組み込み系ソフトウェアの開発経験

・物流センターの業界・業務知識を有する

【歓迎条件】

・プログラム言語として更にPython、 SQLが書ける方

・AWS、Azure等のクラウド使用経験がある方

・マテハン機器(AGV、自動倉庫、産業用ロボット)を取り扱った経験がある方

【給与】

■想定月給:463,000〜605,000円

■想定年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外労働手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。

8:50〜17:20(実働7時間45分、休憩45分)
