Our client, a principle-based management company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their Consumer and Commercial Solutions division in Minato Mirai, Japan. 主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

• • 月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書の作成とプレゼンテーション
• • シナリオプランニングのための財務モデルの開発と改善
• • 財務データ分析からのリスクと機会の特定
• • 正確な財務情報を得るためのクロスファンクショナルチームとの協力
• • 報告におけるプロセス改善と自動化の推進
• • 年次計画と予測を詳細な財務分析でサポート
• • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• • Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning
• • Identify risks and opportunities from financial data analysis
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial information
• • Champion process improvements and automation in reporting
• • Support annual planning and forecasting with detailed financial analysis

応募資格 / Qualifications:

• • 財務、会計、ビジネス、または経済学の学士号
• • FP&Aまたは財務関連の職務で5年以上の経験
• • Excelの高度なスキル、特に財務モデル作成の経験
• • SAPやOracleなどのERPシステムの経験
• • Power BIやTableauなどのBIツールの経験
• • 英語とビジネスレベルの日本語に堪能
• • グローバルな製造業または技術分野での経験があれば尚可
• • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles
• • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling
• • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• • Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• • Fluency in English and business-level Japanese
• • Experience in global manufacturing or technology sectors is preferred but not mandatory
