Job Description

Work involves printing expiration dates on egg pack labels and stamping expiration dates on product cardboard boxes. Additionally, assistance is needed on the manufacturing line.

• Individuals able to commute by own car.
• Individuals not owning birds as pets.
• Individuals without cohabitants working in the same industry (poultry farming).

Employment Type: Part-time worker. Possibility of regular employee conversion in place. No past records of regular employee conversion in the last three years as this is the first recruitment.

Employment period is determined (4 months or more) with the possibility of contract renewal, usually renewed by default.

Location: Golden Beach GP Centre, 1-30 Daito, Kanham, Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, postcode: xxxx.

Non-smoking environment indoors, with the potential for job transfers within the region to East Flat GP Centre (Angle Washimachi corner character flat age).

Required Education: Middle school or equivalent.

No specific experience, knowledge, or skills required. No specific licenses or qualifications needed for the role.

No probation period. Wages and allowances:

• Hourly wage: ¥1,100
• Commute allowance provided with a limit of ¥25,000 per month
• Salary payment deadline: End of month
• Salary payment date: 10th of the following month

Working hours follow a shift rotation schedule. Special notes related to working hours: 9:00 to 15:00, 5 hours per day. No overtime work hours. No special terms in the 36 agreement regarding hours beyond the regular schedule.

Break time: 60 minutes. Approximately 3 working days a week, subject to discussion. Sundays off and additional days. A consultation can be held regarding the number of working days. Annual paid leave entitlement of 5 days after 6 months. Labor insurance coverage provided, no retirement pension scheme, no retirement system in place, no retirement age, no reemployment system, no work extension, no available housing, and no childcare facilities.
