Job Summary

Due to our continued growth, we are in need of qualified and focused driven individuals for SAS Programmer role to be office-based in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan. This is a vital role in our Clinical Database Programming & Biostatistics department whose success hinges upon your attention to detail and programming background.

Responsibilities

• Write SAS programs for use in creating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
• Using SAS, program, validate and maintain mapped database
• Program edit checks for external data
• Coordinate communication and issues with Data Management regarding database specifications and data transfers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, maths, health informatics, data analytics, computer science,or life sciences field
• SAS Base Certification required
• Experience with CDISC SDTM conversion would be an advantage
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual Japanese and English

Entry level positions are available for recent graduates. Training in SDTM and SAS will be provided.
