仕事内容:
★「こなすリハビリ」から卒業。じっくり診て、しっかり帰す、老健の実務★
【業務内容】
一日の件数は病院より控えめ。
その分、一人ひとりの動作分析や家屋評価に時間を割けます。
「流れ作業のようなリハビリはしたくない」という方に最適。
在宅復帰に向けた質の高い提案が評価に繋がり、着実な給与アップも目指せます。
【1日のスケジュール例】
08:30 出勤(当日のリハスケジュールを確認し、優先順位を整理)
09:00 午前のリハビリ(じっくり時間をかけて評価。納得のいく介入を)
12:00 休憩(1時間しっかり休み、午後の集中力を保ちます)
13:30 午後のリハビリ(家屋調査の報告書作成や、家族への助言も含む)
16:00 多職種連携(相談員と退所後のサービスについてじっくり話し合い)
17:30 退勤(質の高い仕事と、充実した私生活を両立できる環境です)
