私たち「デジタルツインプラットフォーム」は、Woven Cityが掲げる「Mobility for All(すべての人に移動の自由を。モビリティの定義を拡張し、人の可能性が広がる社会をつくる)」というビジョンを実現するための中核となるソフトウェアプラットフォームを開発しています。このプラットフォームは、インベンターが仮想環境で製品をテストし、Woven Cityから得られるデータ(日常生活、交通、ロボティクス、エネルギーなど)を活用した分析を可能にします。

求める人材
製造業向けに、構想段階から本番導入まで一貫してデジタルツイン・ソリューションを設計・提供できるリードエンジニアを募集しています。本ポジションでは、プロダクト・ビジネス・プラットフォームエンジニアと密接に連携し、実際の現場で顧客と向き合いながら、現実の課題をスケーラブルなソフトウェアシステムへと変革していきます。
理想の候補者は、製造領域におけるエンドツーエンドのデジタルツインまたはエンタープライズシステムの設計・提供に関する豊富な実務経験を有しています。信頼性の高いデータ統合とスケーラブルなソリューションを実現できる、深いソフトウェアエンジニアリング力とシステムアーキテクチャ設計力を備え、重要な技術判断を主体的に推進しながら、部門横断チームや顧客と協働して複雑なプロジェクトを成功へ導ける人物です。

業務内容
・工場向けデジタルツインソリューションの設計・実装を、顧客製造拠点への出張および現地対応を含めて、構想から本番展開までエンドツーエンドで主導し、顧客のビジネスおよび現場業務のニーズを満たす
・プロダクト、ビジネス、プラットフォームエンジニアなどのクロスファンクショナルなメンバーと協働し、複雑なビジネス課題を明確な技術要件とソリューションロードマップへと具体化すること
・主要な技術的意思決定およびシステムアーキテクチャをリードし、ステークホルダーにトレードオフを分かりやすく伝えながら、スケール可能で信頼性・保守性の高いソリューションを提供すること
・設計・コードレビューやベストプラクティスの共有を通じてハンズオンで技術的リーダーシップを発揮し、日々の業務の中でジュニアエンジニアをガイドすること
必須条件
・工学またはコンピュータサイエンス分野の学士号または修士号(もしくは同等の実務経験)
・5年以上のソフトウェアエンジニアリングの実務経験を有し、技術リードや顧客折衝を含む通算7〜10年程度の社会人経験があることが望ましい
・技術スキル:
・C#、Python、Javaなどのモダンなプログラミング言語の実務経験
・エンタープライズ環境およびオンプレミス環境での開発経験
・スケーラブルなアーキテクチャ設計、異なるシステム間のデータ連携を実現するシステムインテグレーションの実績
・構想・要件定義からサービス/システムリリースまで一貫してプロジェクトをリードした経験
・顧客との主体的なコミュニケーション(対外折衝)、合意形成およびリスク管理能力
・日本語(ビジネスレベル)、英語(ビジネスレベル)
歓迎条件
・AWS、Azure、GCP などのクラウドプラットフォームおよびクラウドネイティブアーキテクチャの知識
・データフロー、共通インターフェース、API などを含む複雑なシステム構成の設計および説明経験
・顧客対応:
