You will be in charge of customer service and general store operations at Giftpad Space, a next-generation antenna shop that connects Osaka with the region.

[What is a space coordinator?]

We will ask customers what products they are looking for and make suggestions on recommended products.

When customers need help with their purchasing experience, we will answer their questions and provide support for their purchase.

With the concept of a "next-generation antenna shop/DX experience showroom," we will display local specialties and experience-based products and allow customers to purchase them using a local currency app.

It is located on the second floor of KITTE Osaka, which is connected to JR Osaka Station and facilities around the station by a pedestrian deck, and is in an area where we can expect many customers from Japan and abroad.

This is a highly-anticipated commercial facility that will have its grand opening this summer.

• Shift control (shift creation, shift management)

• Part time and temporary employment recruitment
• Training and follow up for new staff

■Collaboration with other members and departments

• Regular communication with sales staff and Osaka headquarters members (especially the sales department)

• Attending KITTE Osaka store manager meetings
