【仕事内容について】
地震や豪雨による土砂崩れを防ぐため、
宅地や道路にある「擁壁(ようへき)」や「石垣」を
補修・メンテナンスする社会貢献度の高い仕事です。
現場は神奈川県内が中心です。
直行直帰の相談も可能です。
まずは現場作業からスタート。
擁壁のひび割れや剥がれに対し、
専用の建築材料「アステル」を注入し、
強度を高める作業をお任せします。
入社後のステップアップ

現場作業
: まずは施工の基礎をしっかり学びます。
調査・管理
: 現場を理解した後は、劣化状況の調査、
見積作成、現場管理(工程・安全管理)へ。
営業・提案
: 培った知識を活かし、お客様への最適な
補修プランの提案まで幅広く活躍できます
求めている人材
*要普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
※中型免許をお持ちの方は優遇します
*学歴・経験不問未経験者大歓迎
※20代〜40代が中心となって活躍中です。
<以下の経験がある方は即戦力として優遇します>
土木作業員、建築工事、足場・解体、型枠、外壁工事、
防水・シーリング、外構・エクステリアなど
年齢の条件と理由:あり(例外事由3号のイ・50歳以下(長期勤続によるキャリア形成のため))

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 25日
【勤務時間】
8:00〜17:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)
※現場により9:00〜17:00(実働7時間・休憩1時間)となる場合もあります。
