業務内容

• 新しいプロダクト、サービス、事業、ブランドの価値や体験、ストーリーを直感的に伝えるためのコミュニケーションデザインに取り組む
• イラストレーションやグラフィックデザインを通じて、新しいアイデアや抽象的な概念を、ロゴやビジュアルのスタイル、ブランドの世界観など、魅力的かつ一貫した表現に落とし込み、具体化する
• 様々な専門性を持つメンバーとチームを組み、リサーチからアイデア出し、コンセプト作り、プロトタイプ制作などのデザインプロセス全般に参加いただきながら、クライアントのデザインワークから自社事業やプロダクトのデザインまで、横断的に取り組む

Noun is looking for a Communications Designer who can craft cohesive narratives by shaping the worldview of new products, services, and businesses through visual and communication design.

Roles

• You will work on communication design that intuitively conveys the value, experience, and story of new products, services, businesses, and brands
• Through illustration / graphic design, you will translate new ideas and abstract concepts into compelling and consistent expressions-such as logos, visual styles, and world building
• You will collaborate with team members from various disciplines and take part in the full design process - from research and ideation to concept development and prototyping - contributing across a wide range of projects, from client design work to the design of Noun's products and businesses

• Experience in visual identity, brand design, editorial design, infographics, typography, packaging design, and exhibition design
• Ability to clearly and visually communicate new ideas and concepts to guide and drive stakeholders' discussions forward
• A mindset that constantly explores what makes great design, with the ability to switch between creative intuition and analytical thinking, express ideas clearly, and back them up with solid reasoning
• Not only passionate about the aesthetics of design, but also conscious of how design can contribute to both Noun's and our clients' growth
• Comfortable working in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment

勤務形態

• 現在は週3日程度を出社、2日をリモートワークとしたハイブリッド形態をとっています
• Nounでは一緒の空間を共有することで生まれるメリットと、リモートがもたらす自由度を両立するハイブリッド型を主体としています。一方、それぞれの個人の生活スタイルやライフステージは移り変わるものであり、組織としてこの変化に合わせて働き方のバランスをチューニングするべきであると考えています。

• We follow Japan's national holidays and weekends, plus offer year-end/New Year break, sick leave, caregiver leave, bereavement leave, and special family leave

Work Style

• We work in a hybrid setup: usually about three days a week in the office and two days remote
