仕事内容:

住み慣れた地域で療養生活を送る方々を支える訪問看護のお仕事です。

<具体的な業務>

・利用者様のご自宅への訪問看護

・看護ケア・リハビリの提供

・自立への援助と療養生活支援

・社用車(AT車・ナビ付き)での移動

<対応する症例・ケア内容>

①難病の方への摘便、更衣介助、胃ろう管理

②小児への入浴支援、両親のレスパイトケア

③糖尿病の方への血糖値管理、栄養指導

④がん末期の方への点滴管理、清潔ケア、ご家族の療養相談

⑤施設入所者への摘便、更衣介助、食事介助、口腔ケア

⑥主治医やケアマネへの連絡、スタッフとの情報交換

機能強化型訪問看護ステーション1を取得しており、終末期、認知症、小児、神経難病など幅広いニーズの利用者を受け入れています。専門職として多様な症例を経験でき、理学療法士、作業療法士、言語聴覚士、ケアマネージャーなど多職種と連携しながら成長できる環境です。

【資格】正・准看護師免許(必須)

【経験】未経験歓迎経験者優遇訪問看護未経験の方も多数活躍中です。

【免許】普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可/必須)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜17:30

※時間外労働:あり 月平均8時間程度

・週休二日制(シフトによる)
