Q. どんな仕事内容ですか?

A. 名古屋市内を中心にお客様の送迎業務をお願いします。タクシーアプリからの予約配車がメインなので、お客様を探して走り回る必要はありません。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. はい、大丈夫です。入社後には研修があるので、タクシー業界未経験の方も安心して始められます。普通自動車免許があれば応募OK(AT限定可)です。

Q. どんな勤務時間ですか?

A. 昼勤は7:00~18:00を例としていますが、勤務時間についてはご希望をお聞かせください。変形時間労働制(週40時間)を採用しています。

Q. 休日はどのくらいありますか?

A. 月8日休み、月10日休み、年間120日休み、週休2日制などから選択可能です。アニバーサリー休暇や里帰り休暇も推奨しており、休日スタイルはお気軽にご相談ください。

Q. 子育てとの両立はできますか?

A. 託児所完備(1日500円~、生後2カ月~)で、お子様の急な体調不良・お休みにも柔軟に対応します。国土交通省「女性ドライバー応援企業」に認定されている会社です。
