Job Overview


TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards.

They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.


【仕事内容】

自動車向け電子接続部品の生産工場における品質マネジメントシステム業務

・ IATF16949要求事項並びに顧客特殊要求事項に基づいたプロセスの標準化

・ VDA6.3に基づく製造工程監査の実施

・ IATF16949に基づくQMS内部監査の実施

・ CQIに基づいた特殊工程監査の実施

・上記以外の社内ルールに基づく監査の実施

・ DCC(Document Control Center)機能

What your background should look like:



【応募資格】

・ 学歴:
大学(高専)卒以上

・ 専攻:
理系学部が望ましい(電気/電子/機械など)。但し、品質保証業務を専門に経験していれば学部不問。

・ 語学:
日本語 - 母国語レベル

英語 - TOEIC 600点程度

・ PCスキル:
(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕)

【業務経験】

・ 自動車業界でエンジニアリング部門、製造部門または品質関連部門として5年以上の実務経験

・ コアツールを含むIATF16949の理解者、またVDA6.3等の顧客要求規格についても積極的に理解を進める方

・ 内部監査等でのQMS監査経験者(IATF16949)

・ 社内関係部門と協調性をもって対応ができる方

・ 社内外との折衝/交渉のできるコミュニケーション力のある方

・ 改善意欲のある方

・ VDA6.3外部認証取得者

・ ビジネスレベルの英語力

・ VDA6.3、CQIなどでの内部監査経験者

・ QC検定2級取得者
