【木質燃料チップを作る製造職】破砕機への木材の投入、機械の操作

仕事内容


木くずや廃材を機械で粉砕し、

バイオマス燃料となる木質燃料チップを作る

工場での製造職です。働きながら

ユンボ(ショベルカー)の運転免許を取得可能

資格取得支援制度(費用全額会社負担)があり、

未経験から手に職を付けて長く活躍できます。

力仕事も少ないため、定着率の高い職場です。

木質燃料チップを作る工場内作業員

<具体的には>

・破砕機への木材の投入

・機械操作/マシンオペレーター

・ダンプ車への積み込み

※重たい木材は重機で扱うため、力仕事は多くありません。

【入社後の流れ】

最初の1~2週間は先輩が親身になってサポートします

仕事の流れを覚えながら、機械や重機の操作方法も学べます。

重機の運転免許がない方には資格取得支援でしっかりバックアップ

資格取得の勉強や技術取得も、

平日の就業時間中を使うため、休日に試験を受ける必要はありません。

現場作業/解体作業/土木作業/建設系/営業/工事/電気工事/工場/食品製造

重機オペレーター/ドライバーなど様々な前職経験をお持ちの方が活躍中です

8:00~18:00(休憩120分)

※残業月平均10h程度

<2時間の休憩でメリハリがつく>

勤務時間は長めですが、実働8時間・休憩2時間のため、

オンとオフのメリハリをつけて働けます。
