【社内制度】
・現状にマッチした評価制度を目指して、人事考課・評価シートの修正をエンジニアに任せています。定期的に見直しをしており、エンジニアの目線で変更したい箇所などを意見することができます。
・社内技術基準の構築を行っていますが、エンジニアが中心の取り組みです。現場の視点で各年次に併せて必要な技術や知識が明確になり自分の現在地や目指すべき方向が具体的に分かるようになります。 また教育研修ブランド「NEXT IT School」教育研修事業と連携し研修制度を確立予定です。

・設計業務の経験、およびセキュリティやネットワークに関する基本的な知識(経験目安:3年以上)
・PowerPoint/Wordを用いた業務資料の作成スキル(経験目安:3年
・Excelによるデータ集計・分析(※マクロ作成の経験があると尚可)
・Microsoft 365 や Power Platform(Power Apps、Power Automate)の活用経験
・アジャイル開発プロジェクトへの参画経験
・マルチベンダー環境での開発経験、予算見積・総合テスト(受入試験・評価)の経験
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
