問題解決の専門家としての活動とトレーニングの実施
【入社後の流れ】
まずは全体オリエンテーションからスタート、その後これまでのスキル・経験に合わせて数か月ほどは先輩への同行(OJT)を通じて仕事を覚えていきます。不明点などは先輩社員や周りの同僚がサポートします。また外部講習や海外での研修も実施するなど、学ぶ機会は豊富にあります。
【仕事の進め方】
技術知識を共有しあい自身のスキルに磨きをかける。誰かが困ったときはすぐに助け合う。サーモフィッシャーのフィールドサービスエンジニアはチームワークを重視しているポジションです。ディストリクトマネージャー/テクニカルサポートなどそれぞれ役割をもつスタッフが、一丸となってエンジニアをサポートする体制が整っており、フィールドサービスエンジニアは目の前のお客様へ注力できます。

アレルギーおよび自己抗体検査用の全自動・免疫蛍光分析装置
【必須スキル】
以下スキルのいずれかをお持ちであれば、製品知識はOJT等でフォロー致しますので、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
体外診断薬、医薬品、医療機器 or 機器業界における、5年以上のサービスエンジニア経験
お客様の悩みを共有し、解決することに喜びを感じられる方
社内 顧客 協力会社と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
外国人とのコミュニケーションに必要レベルの英語力があり、ビジネス実務での使用経験のある方。英語マニュアルの読解・メール・海外トレーニング受講・海外との電話会議があります。― TOEIC600点目安
多様な製品へ対応できる順応性
お客様にロジカルに、分かりやすく説明ができる方
