<担当業務>
•新しいリソ材料の設計や性能評価、最終的には顧客訪問など、開発関連全般を担当し、現在のチームメンバーと協力して開発プロジェクトを推進する。
•レジスト開発に必要なポリマー、モノマー及び添加剤の合成
• アカウントマネージャー、現地TSと緊密に連携して、顧客の要求事項を材料の設計に変換し、顧客のニーズと機器の制限に応じたプロセスガイドラインを作成する。
•顧客を訪問し、密にコミュニケーションをとり、正確な情報を得って、技術サポートを提供するとともに、良好な信頼関係を築きます。
• サプライヤーと協力して原材料の設計と仕様を決定し、原材料の選択から量産までのプロセスを完成させる。
• 社内の研究開発プログラムの報告書、顧客及び社内向けのプレゼンテーション資料の作成、報告

<必要なスキル、能力>
Ø化学、物理学、材料科学、電気・電子を専攻した学士以上の学位Ø化学会社にて、特に半導体リソグラフィー関連の材料開発に従事した経験のある方
Ø日本語と英語でのコミュニケーション能力がある
Ø新素材開発に強い関心があり、カスタマーサポートの経験がある
Øコミュニケーション能力(自分の考えを適切に相手に伝え、且つ、相手の考えを適切に受け入れる方)
Øチャレンジ精神旺盛な方・元気で明るい方・スポーツ経験者歓迎
Øチーム内および国外チーム間での積極的かつオープンで正直なコミュニケーションできる
