About the Team

Fanatics TCG is a new trading card game business, the newest member of the Fanatics Collectibles family. We are here to build the best TCG studio and games in the world.

Role Summary

The Director of Product Management owns the product vision, strategy, and execution for Fanatics Collectibles' trading card game business.

This role leads product strategy across physical and digital experiences and partners closely with Design, Art, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to bring the TCG to market and scale it as a live ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Define and own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the TCG business
Lead and scale the TCG product management team
Partner with Design and Art leadership to translate creative vision into product plans
Drive prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoffs across physical and digital initiatives
Align product strategy with business goals, licensing requirements, and fan needs
Represent Product in executive and cross-functional leadership forums

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 10 years of product management experience
Minimum 5 years leading product teams or major product portfolios
Experience launching and scaling consumer products or live services
Experience working in highly cross-functional environments

Skills & Abilities

Strong product strategy, execution, and people leadership skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Data-informed decision-making paired with sound judgment
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new product capabilities

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform.

About The Team


Fanatics Collectibles is a new model and vision for the hobby, fundamentally changing the experience for current and future collectors, leagues, and players across many U.S.

and international professional and college sports.

The organization has long-term, exclusive rights to design, manufacture and distribute trading cards for several sports and entertainment properties, including MLB, MLBPA, the Premier League, MLS, UFC, Formula 1 as well as Disney, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars, among others.

In January 2022, Fanatics Collectibles announced the acquisition of Topps, establishing the preeminent licensed trading card brand as the cornerstone of Fanatics' trading cards and collectibles business, and jumpstarted its MLB and MLBPA rights to design, manufacture and distribute trading cards
