2018年4月に発足した吹奏楽実業団"Bears Wind Orchestra"正団員の募集です。

正社員就業&音楽家の『デュアルキャリアの実現』を目指し、働きながら音楽活動を行っています。

前提としては、実業団活動に支障がないかたちで調整をさせていただいております。

自主練習、合奏、室内楽合わせ

ロイヤルサービス専任スタッフ

<メンバーの業務例>

・コールセンター:お客様からの問い合わせ対応業務

・ロイヤルサービス専任スタッフ:家事代行のフラグシップコースであるロイヤルサービスをお客様宅にて実施

・スタッフ管理:ベアーズとはどんな企業かのセミナーを開催・スタッフの管理

音楽大学卒業もしくは音楽を専門的に学んできた方
