・アプリケーション開発チームリーダー
・既存システムのエンハンス(要件定義/設計/開発/テスト/リリース/保守)

業務アプリケーションの影響範囲調査、要件定義~リリース、保守作業全般、テスト計画、テストシナリオ作成、テスト実施。顧客説明、顧客向け資料作成、他社関連システムとの仕様調整・各種折衝

[必須要件※以下いずれかのご経験]※業界不問/製品不問/文理不問
■成果物責任を持つシステム開発プロジェクトでの5~10人程度のアプリ開発チームリーダー経験
■要件定義、設計書などの文書作成、レビュー経験
■顧客折衝経験(担当業務内での顧客への報連相、コンフリクト調整)
[歓迎要件]
□各種高度情報処理資格
□トラブルプロジェクトのリカバリ経験、業務フロー作成など、□ユーザーサイドでの要件・仕様固め、資料作成に携わった経験
□チーム管理・プロジェクト管理などの管理業務の経験
□影響調査資料の作成、各種計画書の作成、見積の経験
□AWS上でEC2、RDS、Lambda、S3などを利用した経験(業務アプリ構築ならより歓迎)
□CI/CDなどの開発基盤・構成管理・運用フローを構築した経験
□耐障害設計、性能テスト、運用監視、サイジング設計など非機能面での経験
【給与】
800万円~1000万円
※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 所定勤務時間7時間30分(休憩1時間)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
