Job Description

A Construction Superintendent is needed to oversee a new project in Tokyo, Japan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify necessary construction tools for OCONUS work.
  • Support the construction effort by installing materials and equipment.
  • Manage a team of craft personnel and coordinate activities.
  • Establish safety requirements and implement JSA.
  • Monitor safety effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for project reporting and logistics.

Requirements:

  • TS Clearance
  • 5+ years OCONUS construction experience
  • 12+ years overall construction experience

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
