We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening of a new flagship store for an international premium brand. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in team development, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You will be responsible for building and leading the store team, managing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met. Acting as the main link between the store and global teams, you will support commercial goals, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales, KPIs, profitability, and customer loyalty
- Oversee store operations, inventory, and visual standards
- Ensure exceptional service and strong brand representation
- Report on performance and collaborate closely with retail leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of store management experience in premium or luxury retail
- Strong background in sales, clienteling, and people leadership
- Experience managing teams of 10+
- Structured, proactive, and commercially minded
- Interest in fashion, accessories, or jewellery
- Strong English communication skills
