  • 入社後の流れ

1.基礎研修

PCの基本操作(タイピング等)や、ビジネスマナーを学び、基本的なスキルを身につけます。また、当社の事業内容についても理解が深まる研修を行い、現場で活躍するための土台を作ります

2.アシスタント業務

先輩の業務フォローから開始実際に使用するソフト(Illustrator/Photoshop等)を触りながら使い方に慣れるために、演習で投稿動画や画像を作成してみましょう

3.採用担当として

これまでの研修で得た知識を活かし、実際の業務を担当します。としての採用広報としての実務を学びながら、実践的なスキルを身につけていきます

  • 未経験でも大丈夫なの?

もちろんOK経験豊富な先輩から未経験スタートの社員もいますし、研修やOJTも充実しているので、安心して飛び込んできてください

  • 残業は基本ナシプライベートも充実させながら働ける環境です

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 300000円 ~ 500000円

※経験、スキルなどを考慮のうえ、決定します。

※時間外手当は全額支給いたします。

※研修期間2ヶ月~半年あり

※期間中は契約社員。その後、正社員として労働契約を締結します。

※研修期間中の月給は20万円~28万円(時間外手当は全額支給いたします)

  • 最短2ヶ月で研修期間終了ほとんどの社員が6ヶ月で研修期間を終了しています。
