Our client, a Japanese Hotel, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as
Head of Finance and Accounting (5 days/ work-life balance/ Work in Japan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, consolidating the financial statement, reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define the financial strategy and objectives of the hotel group.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure all financial records are reviewed and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Lead and manage the finance department, providing guidance, support, and training to team members.
• Report directly to the CEO

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in a management-level accounting role, preferably in the electronics industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on developing and mentoring staff
