査定依頼をしていただいたお客様への架電業務
- 架電数:1日150件前後、1時間あたり18件前後
架電内容:お客様情報や車輌情報のヒアリング※マニュアル完備
対応するお客様:toCのみ 傾向:男性の比率が多い・年齢層高め
営業的な要素:基本なし
受電対応:有
・メール作成:1日10-20件程度(テンプレート有)
・その他業務:SMS、LINE対応(テンプレート有)
架電後の対応の流れ:GoogleスプレッドシートまたはSalesforceへ架電記録&管理画面にて情報配信
※習熟度に応じて段階的に業務をお任せします。
チームで協力し合いながら進めているので、
未経験の方も安心してスタートできますよ

- 基本的なPC操作ができる方
(メール、エクセルの使用経験がある方など) - コールセンター、接客、販売などの経験がある方は歓迎します
