仕事内容
東ソーの工場の中で出荷に関わる全般の事務業務及びその付帯作業を行います。 (1)当日の出荷に関する指示書を作成し、職場にいるリフト作業員に当日の出荷指示書を配布します。 (2)製品を載せるトラックが来て、出荷事務所で受付をするので、作成した出荷伝票や出荷指示書を渡します。 (3)事務業務が落ち着いたら、日々各職場の製品倉庫や置場を巡回し、製品の在庫数やはい付けの状態の確認、包装用資材の在庫数の確認を行います。包装用資材が少ない場合は発注を行います。 (4)職場によっては、月毎の製品の包装・充填計画を作成し、各作業員に1日の包装・充填量の具体的な指示を行います。
