【職務概要/ミッション】
レーザサービス部の大きな責務は4つとなります。
装置をご購入頂いているお客様の安定した生産活動を支えること。
新規にご購入頂いた装置を、安定した生産開始へ移行すること。
装置をご購入頂いているお客様の生産拡大に技術的に寄与すること。
顧客満足度の向上に努めること。
上記の部の責務を達成するため、現場における技術的作業・お客様対応、または社内にて電話・メールなどコミュニケーションツールを用いて対応を行うことを主たる業務とします
【仕事の内容】
レーザマシンシステムのインストール、スタートアップ、メンテナンス、レトロフィット。
お客様に対するオンサイトでのトレーニング。
故障の特定と分析、修理
機械のパフォーマンスを向上させるためのプロジェクトやソフトウェアのアップデートの実施
上記の部の責務を達成するため、現場における技術的作業・お客様対応、または社内にて電話・メールなどコミュニケーションツールを用いて対応を行うことを主たる業務とします。
【出張の有無と頻度】有(日帰り・宿泊を伴う出張有。週末出勤あり、平日に振替休日を充てていただきます)
【応募要件】
(必須)
技術サービスの経験:18か月以上
一般工具の使用経験:ねじ回し、マルチメーター、電気回路図・部品図が読み取れる
(求める人材)
語学力= 日本語をネイティブレベルとし、日常業務において英語を抵抗なく利用できる
コミュニケーション力= 他のグループと定義された手順で意思疎通ができ協調性がある。
