• Car Rental Tasks:
• Customer service and phone assistance
• Car washing, vehicle inspections, and vehicle transportation
• Office tasks such as system input (using a PC)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ¥170,000 - ¥200,000 per month
• Fixed Overtime Allowance: Not applicable
• Other Allowances: Based on the company's regulations
• Salary Payment Date: 25th of the month
• Salary Increase: Up to ¥10,000 per month based on previous year's performance
• Bonus: Twice a year, totaling 3.00 months' salary based on the previous year's performance

Working Conditions:

• Work Hours: Flexible working hours, approximately 8 hours between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Overtime Work: Yes, average of 20 hours per month
• Break Time: 60 minutes
