仕事内容:

一般事務

こちらのお仕事は【株式会社綜合キャリアオプション】より派遣にてご就業いただきます

大手製薬メーカー施設内にて、営業サポートのお仕事です。

・研究者より機器の不具合の問い合わせ一次対応(メール・電話)

・修理/メンテナンスメーカーへ不具合内容の報告(シリアルナンバーや状態など)

・修理日程調整/スケジュール管理(1日5-10件ほどの業者の出入りあり)

・研究者の方へスケジュール共有/研究施設へ来社連絡(駐車場・入館証など手配)

・修理にかかる見積書、発注書などの資料作成と処理対応

・当日メンテナンス業者の施設内アテンド(かなり広く、またセキュリティカードがないと入れない箇所も多いため)
