仕事内容:
【自動車部品メッキの目視検査スタッフ】
自動車などに使われる亜鉛・クロムメッキ製品を、キズや汚れがないか確認するお仕事です。軽量部品が中心で、体力よりも丁寧さとコツコツ取り組む姿勢が活きます。
検査工程からスタートし、ゆくゆくは簡単な機械操作も学びながら、メッキ加工の基本知識や技術を身につけていきます。社内は明るく相談しやすい雰囲気で、製造業が初めての方も馴染みやすい職場です。
【主な業務内容】
- メッキ製品の目視検査(キズ・汚れ・ムラの確認)
- 検査結果の仕分け・記録などの簡単な付帯作業
- 慣れてきたら一部機械操作の補助・段取りサポート
- 職場内での安全・5S(整理整頓)への協力
入社後は先輩スタッフがマンツーマンに近い形で仕事を教え、製品の持ち方やチェックのコツまで、基礎から丁寧にレクチャーします。難しい専門知識は最初から求めませんが、「決められた手順を守る」「小さな変化に気づく」といった姿勢を大切にしています。
ダイカストからメッキ、検査まで一貫生産を行うメーカーで、ものづくりの最終工程を担うやりがいを感じながら、長く腰を据えて成長していけるポジションです。
