❖仕事内容

鶏卵工場にて、美味しい卵を食卓に届けるための生産ライン作業全般をお任せします。単調な作業ではなく、発注量や機械の調子に合わせて、チームで協力しながら業務を進めます。

【具体的には…】

・その日の発注量の確認と生産ラインの稼働

・卵のサイズ分け、パック詰め、箱詰め作業

・パート・アルバイトスタッフへの作業指示や連携

・工場内の掃除、次の日の箱の準備など

※時間帯に応じて業務をローテーションするため、飽きずに取り組めます。
