プロセスエンジニアとしてご経験やスキルに応じて
下記の業務を徐々にお任せ致します。
・生産プロセスの最適化/管理
・生産プロセスの安全/継続的改善とその導入・標準化(文章化)
・生産プロセスの事業計画の推進、予算管理
・プロセス安全プログラム、SHEレビュー、プラントのMOCを調整する。
・トラブルシューティング/パフォーマンスを監視し
プロセス安全の問題を特定する
・製造に携わる人材の教育・育成

・化学品の取り扱いもしくは製造プロセスの知識がある方。
経験年数5年以上
・プロセスエンジニアとしての業務経験、英語での
コミュニケーション能力(読み書き、会話ができると尚良い)

・CADを使用して図面を設計変更できる方

【部門の業務内容】
ポリウレタン材料メーカーである当社の社内の製造設備(化学製品の
配合設備等)の設備改善・新規設備立上げを行って頂きます。
既存設備の変更や新規設備に関しては、企画から立上げ業務に
携われるため自分で考えたアイデア等を設備へ展開することができます。
