Defense Technology Program Senior Manager
Key Role:
Provide overall leadership and support for all Booz Allen personnel assigned to large contracts and programs, including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance. Apply expertise as a results-oriented, innovative business leader with a background in modern digital technology and analytics, primarily bringing new capabilities, applications, and services to the market and developing new business. Communicate and coordinate regularly with senior government clients and company leadership. Manage large contracts, provide leadership for business development activities, and develop future leaders. Maintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of programs, including technical issues, delivery, and businesses processes. Perform proactively in alerting clients of potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading large teams and digital technology and analytics focused programs, developing strategies, and growing business
- Experience working in the private sector
- Experience mentoring, developing, and managing highly productive teams that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals
- Experience supporting combatant commands or sub-unified commands
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed environment and display a track record as a business leader and innovator
- Ability to align technical solutions with business needs and create innovative approaches to address client requirements
- Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in the Indo-Pacific supporting DoD organizations
- Experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs for the DoD
- Experience in commercial IT hardware and software analysis, evaluation, and solution recommendation for mission requirements
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
