Job Title: SAP BusinessObjects Developer (Japanese Language Required)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 Developer with strong Oracle SQL expertise and business-level Japanese fluency to support enterprise-grade reporting and analytics initiatives. This role demands hands-on development and support capabilities, along with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using
  SAP BO 4.3
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading using
  Oracle SQL
• Collaborate with Japanese-speaking business users to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across reporting platforms
• Ensure documentation and reporting standards are met

Required Skills:

• Minimum
  2 years of experience
  in SAP BusinessObjects development (v4.3 preferred)
• Strong command of
  Oracle SQL
  for data manipulation and analysis
• Fluency in Japanese
  (read, write, and speak) for business communication
• Experience working in cross-cultural teams and client-facing environments

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Currently based in
  Tokyo or Milan
• Prior experience in multinational or consulting environments
