半導体製造の製造現場リーダー候補

仕事内容
- 半導体製造工程の現場責任者として、下記の業務を行って頂きます
- 人的なマネジメント(シフト管理、社員教育など)
- 機械、設備管理など自らが担当する部署についての工場運営管理
自らが担当する部署についての品質・納期・工程管理
配属
当初は受入工程、貼付工程、研磨工程、剥離工程、洗浄工程、枚葉研磨工程、検査のいずれかの工程に配属予定
※最終的には、現場責任者として勤務して頂く予定です
給与
月給273,000円~400,000円
- 年収例 400万円~750万円
家族手当:10,000円(配偶者)、扶養手当:子供一人につき3,000円
