愛知県名古屋市の大規模物流拠点(フルフィルメントセンター/以下FC)にて、ハンズオンで業務遂行が可能なHRビジネスパートナー(HRBP)を募集しています。
HRBPは、担当するFCで働く従業員をカスタマーと考え、FCのリーダーの戦略パートナーとして、ビジネス成長に欠かせない組織・人材面の意思決定をサポートする上での重要な役割を担います。
組織開発、人材育成・配置、キャリア形成の機会、組織文化の醸成など、短期・中長期にわたるさまざまなHRソリューションを人事部門の他チームやメンバーと連携・協働しながら提供します。
また、勤務地は愛知県名古屋市ですが、影響範囲は勤務するFCに留まらず、様々なプロジェクトを通じて他拠点にも貢献する機会があります。
このポジションでは、採用、評価、配置、退職といった一連の人事管理と、FCで働く従業員の勤怠や労務環境を管理する労務管理について、ハンズオンなアプローチで責任を持って業務遂行して頂きます。
具体的には、人事データを分析し、FCの組織における問題点を特定し、タレントマネジメントを行うことで、組織横断的に戦略的な人事配置や人材開発を行なったり、パフォーマンスや言動に問題ある社員対応を行なう等、あらゆる人事課題の問題解決までの方向性を提案、道筋を立ててマネージャーと連携することもあります。
これらの業務を遂行するため、高いコミュニケーション能力とハンズオンのアプローチが必要です。また、論理的かつ分析能力に優れ、労働法、組織開発、報酬・福利厚生等における幅広い知識を持っている必要があります。
FCの従業員構成は、製造業・物流業・小売業等と類似しており、年俸制の社員に加え、時間給パートタイマーや、派遣社員・請負労働者を含みます。
上記業界での経験は、目まぐるしく変化するビジネス環境に適応することに役立ちます。

- 候補者に求める能力 1. 一貫性と柔軟性のバランス HRBPとして就業規則をはじめ人事制度のゲートキーパーとして一貫性が求められますが、カスタマーであるビジネスリーダーや従業員の要望に耳を傾け柔軟に対応することも期待されます。 2. あいまいさに対して寛大で、スピードの速さや変化を楽しみながら、結果が出るまであきらめない精神力 HRBPが関わる業務は多岐に渡るので、その場に応じて、緊急性が高い業務を見極めて優先的に行う/急な変更にも臨機応変に対応する力が求められています。時には方向性が明確でない中、業務を進めるための大胆な判断力とリスクを計算する慎重さが求められます。 3. 実践的なコミュニケーション能力 FCの統括責任者であるサイトリーダーから、現場で働くスタッフまで、異なるレイヤーの社員との情報伝達、他部署との連携も多いため、分かりやすい、誤解のないコミュニケーション能力が期待されます。また、業務によっては報告先や相談先が変わるので、注意深さも必要となります。 4. その他: ・部下をマネジメントした経験 ・グローバル環境、異文化環境での業務経験 ・変化が速く、あいまいな環境での業務経験 ・修士や経営学修士尚可 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力 ・インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること。 Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
