Our Decision Analytics track brings together advanced data analytics, cutting-edge AI, and creative problem-solving to develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges across industries, with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences.
They collaborate closely with consultants, data engineers, and domain experts to build robust analytical models from complex datasets, enabling clients to make informed strategic decisions.
The track emphasizes continuous learning, encouraging team members to expand their expertise in emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies.What You'll Do :
Partner with our leaders to drive new business development and build sustained client relationships
Consistently lead teams to deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
Direct multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills across pharma GTM strategy and other functional areas within ZS
Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge while staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business
Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
Play a key role in development of new consulting capabilities and offerings
Direct multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills
Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members with diverse skills and backgrounds
What You'll Bring :
10-14 years' work experience through consulting work or within as an industry leader (a combination of experience is preferred)
Knowledge of growth marketing activities like strategic brand segmentation, value proposition, and positioning is preferred
Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, while leading cross-functional teams, and driving client value.
MBA from a top university strongly preferred, with a record of strong academic performance
Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) with strong quantitative skills, with an ability both to see the big picture and delve into details;
Extensive team management and project delivery experience
Experience leading a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
Excellent organization & planning skills and willingness to travel to meet client needs
Fluency in English
