Main Duties 主な業務
カスタマーサービス
フレンドリーでありながらも礼節を乱さず、常にプロフェッショナルな最高のサービスを提供すること。
すべての内部/外部ゲストの苦情や問い合わせに応え、礼儀正しく効率的な対応を行い、
必要に応じて上司に報告し、確実なフォローアップと問題解決を徹底する。
現金・クレジットカードチャージの合計とフロントオフィス金庫への入金額合計を揃える。
オペレーション
バーにおけるサービスがスムーズで効率よく行われ、ハイアットスタンダードに見合うよう常にアシストする。
アウトレットの全料飲メニュー内容に精通する。
常にアテンドするすべてのゲスト満足を追求する。
オペレーション開始前にテーブルセット、軽い掃除などの下準備を行う。
ゲストへのドリンクメニューサーブ、ドリンクのオーダー受け、質問応対を任じ、状況に応じアップセルを行う。
アウトレットにおける現行のサービスシークエンススタンダードに準じてゲストにドリンクのサービスを行う。
各ゲスト退席毎にバーカウンター/テーブルのクリアとリセットを行う。
マイクロスシステムの全機能に精通する。
オーダー、無効処理、修正処理の既成プロシージャーに沿ってすべての売り上げが正確に記録されるよう徹底する。
キャッシャー業務を行い、チェック発行と支払い受付を担当する。
テーブルを拭き、汚れたグラスをバッシングに戻す。
担当のオペレーションオープニング・クロージング業務を行う。
ゲストの特別ドリンク(またはフード)に関するリクエストにはできる限り柔軟に対応する。
常に担当のバー/ステーションを清潔で整備された状態に保つ。
すべてのビバレッジ器材とゲストアメニティのパーストックを確保する。
ブランドスタンダードの必須項目、またその他の適用項目を遵守し、異なる箇所がある場合には監督者もしくは
デパートメントヘッドに報告する。
ハイアットタッチならびに料飲トップ20の遵守を徹底する。
アウトレット社員が"私たちはチームワークで働きます"の精神にのっとり、他部署へ柔軟且つ協力的な対応を行うよう徹底する。
OEその他備品を丁寧に扱い、破損を最小限に抑え、無駄を抑える。
その他
出勤時間を遵守し、制服とネームタグを正しく着用する。
ホテルと部門のグルーミングスタンダードに倣った、きちんとした清潔感のある身だしなみを保つよう徹底する。
全般
ミーティングに出席または準備等補助を任された場合はこれを行う。
常に礼節ある、プロフェッショナルなサービスを提供する。
能力伸張を目指し、ホテルのトレーニングには積極的に参加する。
IRや社員に関する法定立法を認識し、社員ハンドブックと、火災・衛生・健康と安全に関するホテルポリシーを認識し、これに厳密に従う。
ゲストやチームメンバーと友好な関係を構築し、チームメンバーとよい協力関係を築く。
ホテルの経営陣とハイアットの理念をよく反映し、常に責任ある態度において、アウトレット運営にあたる。
会社、業界、ホテルによって定められた変更、自身の職務に関連し、受け容れるべきタスクの要請に応える。
Customer Service
To provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times.
To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, informing supervisor when required, to ensure follow through and the problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Balances cash and credit card charges and remittance of cash to Front Office Safe
Operational
Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the bar operation ensuring that Hyatt standards are met at all times
To be familiar with all beverage (and food) items on the outlet menu.
Constantly strive to satisfy all guests that he/she may come into contact with
To prepare the outlet for operation, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning and other assigned tasks.
Present beverage list, take beverage orders from guests, answer questions and upselling wherever possible.
To serve beverages to guests, according to the established standards and service sequence for the outlet.
Clears and resets bar counter or bar tables at conclusion of each patron visit
Fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros Computer system
To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following prescribed procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items.
Performs the function of cashier, computes bill and accepts payment
To clear tables and removes dirty glasses to the dish area.
To complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific beverage (and food) preparation methods and ingredients.
To maintain the assigned station/bar in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
Maintains par stocks of all beverage equipment and guest supplies
To ensure that all company minimum brand standards are implemented, and that optional brand standards are implemented where appropriate. Reports any deviations to supervisor or Department Head.
To make sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food & Beverage Top 20 are embraced.
To work in a supportive and flexible manner with other employees and other departments, in a spirit of "We work through Teams"
To treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage and reduce wastage.
Other Duties
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
General
Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required
Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Employee handbook and the hotels policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Exercise responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt.
Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry and company.
